WAREHOUSE CONSTRUCTION · TEXAS

Spotlight — Our Largest US Construction Project to Date

📍 HOUSTON, TX · COMPLETED 2023

Because the client required a facility capable of processing over 80,000 units per day, this project demanded unusually precise dock configuration, floor flatness tolerances, and column-free clear spans of 52 feet throughout. CLOSW delivered a 680,000 square foot tilt-up concrete distribution hub — including 96 dock doors, truck courts, office mezzanine, and full ESFR sprinkler system. As a result, the facility was operational two weeks ahead of the contracted completion date, allowing the client’s logistics network to begin on boarding inventory before peak season demand.

SUN COAST RETAIL CENTER

📍 TAMPA, FLORIDA

340,000 sq ft mixed-use retail development. Anchor tenant opened on schedule despite permitting delays mid-project. Client has since awarded two additional sites to CLOSW.

INDUSTRIAL

MERIDIAN MANUFACTURING PLANT

📍 DETROIT, MICHIGAN

180,000 sq ft automotive components manufacturing facility. Heavy utility infrastructure, 40-ton overhead crane beams, and ISO Class 7 clean room section. Full design-build delivery.

560,000 sq ft e-commerce fulfillment center with automated conveyor infrastructure rough-in, 52 ft clear height, and ESFR sprinkler system. Operational 3 weeks early.

PORT OF ROTTERDAM COLD-STORAGE EXPANSION

📍 KVIVE, UKRAINE 🇺🇦

280,000 sq ft cold-storage facility expansion adjacent to the Port of Rotterdam. Temperature-controlled from -25°C to +12°C. Delivered 6 weeks early. NDB’s largest European project.
