WHY CLOSW

Why Construction Professionals Choose to Build Their Career at CLOSW

Because CLOSW operates on two continents simultaneously, our team members work on a scale and variety of projects that most US construction companies cannot offer. In a single career at CLOSW you might manage a 600,000 sq ft warehouse in Texas, a pharmaceutical facility in Pennsylvania, and a retail development in Florida — sometimes within the same year. Moreover, our Ukrainian ownership means our project management systems, scheduling tools, and quality standards are genuinely world-class — so you develop skills that make you valuable anywhere in the construction industry.

Furthermore, CLOSW is a company where experience is respected and accountability is rewarded. We do not have layers of management that slow decisions — our project managers have real authority on their sites. As a result, the professionals who join CLOSW tend to stay. Our average employee tenure is 7 years, which in the construction industry is exceptional and reflects a culture where people feel genuinely valued rather than simply employed.

OUR CULTURE

What Working at CLOSW Actually Looks Like

However, culture in construction is not about office perks and ping pong tables. It is about whether your manager picks up the phone, whether your estimate gets the time it needs, and whether the people around you know what they are doing. Moreover, it is about being proud of the buildings you put your name on. At CLOSW, the culture is built around three things — accountability, craft, and respect for experience.

SERIOUS PROJECTS

We build warehouses, manufacturing plants, and commercial developments that matter. Every CLOSW team member works on projects that challenge them — not filler work between the real jobs.

INTERNATIONAL PERSPECTIVE

Ukrainian ownership brings a genuinely different approach to scheduling, quality control, and client management. Furthermore, high performers have access to European project opportunities and international collaboration.

REAL CAREER GROWTH

CLOSW promotes from within wherever possible. As a result, project engineers become project managers, project managers become senior PMs, and superintendents grow into operations leadership roles.

RESPECT FOR EXPERIENCE

We do not hire experienced professionals and then ignore their expertise. Your knowledge of your discipline is why we hired you — and we create the conditions for you to use it without unnecessary interference.

"I have worked for three construction companies in fifteen years. CLOSW is the first one where I felt like my experience was actually valued from day one — not just my willingness to work long hours. The projects are serious, the team knows what it is doing, and the Dutch work culture is genuinely refreshing."
